Retail (15411 — €61.99): reinstallable on the same device. Bound to the first PC but supports re-activation after reinstall or format.
Bound (15412 — €49.99): tied to your Microsoft account. Move the licence across computers as you change hardware — the most flexible option.
All three variants are perpetual — pay once, use indefinitely. Multilingual installer (32-bit and 64-bit).
