Activation Guidance (Phone)

Activation ensures that your copy of Office is genuine and fully usable. For Office 2019, you can activate using a product key online or, where supported, via telephone activation:

• Install Office 2019 on your PC.

• Open any Office app (e.g., Word).

• You will be prompted for activation — choose “I want to activate by telephone”.

• Select your country/region to get the correct phone number.

• Call the provided number and follow the automated instructions.

• Provide the Installation ID shown on your screen.

• Enter the Confirmation ID given by Microsoft into the Activation Wizard to complete activation.
