Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2016 – Phone activation — installation

Step 1: Download Office

Download the office via www.setup.office.com

Step 2: Open the Activation Wizard

After installation, open Word (or any Office app) — when the Office Activation Wizard appears, select "Activate by phone"

The wizard will display your Installation ID (IID) — shown as 9 groups of 7 digits — write it down or copy it

Step 3: Select Your Country

In the activation wizard, select your country/region from the dropdown — the Microsoft Activation Center phone number will appear

Step 4: Get Your Confirmation ID

You have two options:

Option A — By Phone:

Call the number shown, press 1 to agree with the recording, then press 3 for Office activation, then press 1 and enter the Installation ID numbers when prompted

When asked how many computers the key is installed on, answer "zero"

The automated system will provide a Confirmation ID (CID)
