Microsoft Office Outlook 2019 — installation

Step 1: Redeem Your Product Key

Go to setup.office.com

Sign in with your Microsoft account (or create a new one)

Enter your 25-character product key when prompted (no hyphens needed)

Follow the on-screen instructions to associate the license with your account

Step 2: Download the Installer

After redeeming, click "Install Office", or download directly using the official Microsoft link:

The file downloads as an .img file — double-click to open it (Windows 10/11 can open it natively), then run Setup.exe

Step 3: Install

Follow the on-screen prompts during installation

Accept the license agreement and click Install

Grant administrator permission if prompted

Step 4: Activate

Open Outlook 2019

Sign in with the same Microsoft account used in Step 1 when prompted

Activation happens automatically
