Microsoft Office Home and Business 2013 Phone — installation

Step 1: Download Office 2013

Download the Office 2013 Home & Business installer using the official Microsoft link:

The file downloads as an .img file — open it with Windows (double-click) or use a tool like 7-Zip to extract it, then run Setup.exe

Step 2: Open the Activation Wizard

Open any Office app (e.g. Word 2013), click the File tab, then click Account, then click Activate Product Microsoft Learn

In the Microsoft Office Activation Wizard, choose "I want to activate the software by telephone" and click Next

Step 3: Enter Your Product Key

Enter your 25-character product key when prompted

Step 4: Select Your Country

Click the drop-down menu and choose the country or region you are from — the Product Activation Center telephone number will appear

Step 5: Get Your Installation ID

The wizard will display a long Installation ID (IID) — write it down or copy it

Step 6: Call Microsoft or Use the Online Tool

You have two options:

Option A — By Phone:

Call the number shown for your country

Follow the automated prompts and enter your Installation ID

When asked how many computers the key is installed on, answer "1"

You will receive a Confirmation ID (CID)
