Abbyy Finereader PDF Corporate 16 | EU | 1 Device | 3 Years — installation

Step 1: Download the Installer

Go to the official ABBYY download page: support.abbyy.com

Download FineReader PDF 16 Standalone (local installation on one PC)

It is recommended to temporarily disable antivirus software during download and installation

Double-click the downloaded file ABBYY_FineReader_PDF.exe to start the installation

Follow the on-screen instructions in the Installation Wizard

Step 2: Launch and Enter Serial Number

After installation, start ABBYY FineReader PDF

The Activation Wizard will appear automatically

If it does not appear, click: Help → About → License Info → Activate

Enter your serial number (format: XXXX-YYYY-YYYY-YYYY-YYYY-YYYY) into the corresponding field and click Next

Step 3: Activate Over the Internet

Select the activation method "Via the Internet" and click Next

Optionally fill in the registration form — recommended, as it allows you to recover your serial number if lost and grants access to free technical support

Click Next to complete the activation
